The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The housekeeping was some of the best I have seen. Pool staff gave good service. The gym was well equipped and in good working order.
The rooftop techno party limited facility use. Noise was present past midnight.

the breakfast choice was really good, i found high-quality options everywhere! beds were large and very comfortable, a real treat after long days. everything felt new, i noticed they used the latest technologies throughout the hotel, so cool!
the hotel is slightly further from the center than i expected, so i used rides a bit!

The staff was always attentive and helpful. They provided excellent restaurant recommendations. The rooms are spacious and kept clean. I found the gym well-equipped and maintained in top condition. Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of choices.
The bar prices seemed a little high. I paid quite a bit for my drinks.

The service need improvement. My engagement surprise that I arranged with the hotel completely was ignored. It ruined what was supposed to be a once in a lifetime moment. My room were left uncleaned for days, which I didn't expect.
